Ningbo Beilun Phase III Terminal Explosion Classified as a general average

According to Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp.’s website, they issued a general average declaration on August 20, stating that they declared the accident a general average to protect the safety and interests of the vessel, cargo, and crew.

Richards Hogg Lindley has been appointed as the adjuster to handle related matters, including the collection of security provided by the cargo-related parties.
